Welcome to Mid Kent Branch

What does our Branch do?

Since the Branch began in October 1993, we have supported people in our area who are affected by Motor Neurone Disease (MND).

We have a team of trained Association Visitors who give personal support when it is requested.

We hold regular and informal support meetings (Patient & Carer) for people living with MND. They are an opportunity for the exchange of ideas and the sharing of experience.

We liaise with Health and Social Care Professionals and are part of local Multi-Disciplinary Teams

We publish a local newsletter, “Mid Kent Matters”, which includes articles of interest, reports of events and forthcoming activities.

We organise regular branch events throughout the year to raise money and awareness and we support all other local fund raising initiatives.

We are all volunteers and welcome enquiries from anyone wishing to join us.
